thickness. Different models may have slight variations.
Are the phone cases compatible withwireless charging?
All BOMB BOMB JUMBO series cases are compatible with
wireless charging, and a magnetic phone case with convenient charging is coming

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most debit cards, credit cards, MasterCard, Visa,
and PayPal.
I received an error message duringcheckout. What should I do?
If you encounter error messages like "Invalid
transaction" or "Your credit card is declined," it may be due to
reasons such as your debit card not being suitable for the payment type or your
bank rejecting the transaction on suspicion of fraud. Please try another credit
card. If the issue persists, contact your bank for assistance. Please use

Can I use two discount codes in thesame order?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per order.
Can I use acoupon and a discount code in the same order?
Yes, you can use both a coupon and a discount code in the
same order.
How many coupons can I use in one order?
You can use a maximum of two coupons in one order.
If an orderused a discount, can I still accumulate points?
Yes, you can.
Part 5:Product Return Policy
Can Ireturn my product for a refund or exchange?
Yes, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving
it (according to the delivery date on the tracking record) without providing a
reason. We recommend stating the reason for further service and product
improvement. We only accept returns on a one-time basis, and the product must
be returned in good condition. Unsolicited returns without prior notification
will not be processed. Please note that the original shipping fee from the
initial order is non-refundable. For cash-on-delivery orders, we only accept
exchanges or a refund in the form of shopping points. The customer is
responsible for the risk until we receive the returned package, return costs
are the customer's responsibility, so we advise using a registered or traceable
mail service. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method,
excluding the original shipping fee.
Can Iexchange products without a refund?
Yes, you can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving
it. The price difference between the original and exchanged items will be
charged. Unsolicited returns or exchanges will not be processed. Special offer
products are non-returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

As a member, you can receive a $5 off coupon for orders over
$50 every quarter.
As a member, you can receive a free customized phone case
when placing an order in your birthday month.
For orders over $60, members will receive a discount code
from BOMB BOMB JUMBO. Members can share the discount code on social media,
and others using the code will receive a $3 coupon. The member sharing the code
also receives a $3 coupon. Coupons can be accumulated.
